There has never been a presidential campaign announcement two years out. Way too much time to get into trouble.

These are not his fights and he doesn't need to go there. Saying McCarthy is great for everybody on a whole and sure Rona McDaniel is fine, keeps him out of their crosshairs and a dog fight nationally he does not need to be in.

Trump is at least three steps ahead.
