Are you sure it's Covid? The PCR test produces a high number of false positives. You could just have a common cold, the flu, or a seasonal allergy.

I work in a rehab hospital and multiple co workers and patients have also tested positive

Again, the question is on the test. How can Covid be tested for when the virus has never been isolated?

This is an important clue for you. You say "...it definitely feels like a flu." Covid, or better known as coronavirus, is an upper respiratory infection. If you are feeling flu symptoms, then it is just flu.
