I’m thankful I live in the country and not in a neighborhood that controls your decor, etc. I wouldn’t live somewhere like as you described. That said I do believe people living in rural areas should be required to clean their yards. Some homes might have thirty junk cars, lawn mowers etc. I’m sure these people start out with the intention to have a home business fixing things but most just have a junk yard surrounding their house.
