Black on White/Hispanic/Asian crime is usually unprovoked and not labelled at Hate Crime, even when Blacks use racial slurs while beating the crap out of someone. The MSM media will usually not identify the criminal by race if it's a Black person. They'll say: "Be on the lookout for a man wearing a yellow T-shirt and shorts". If the black person is caught, their photo or information is somehow "hidden" on MSM.

This exists now: #BLACKPRIVILEDGE and #BLACKHATECRIME.
