When the border, neighbourhoods, security, housing, humanity services, family reunions, etc. overwhelms the system, a NEW government called a REGIONAL GOVERNMENT which encompasses Canada, USA and Mexico will become 1 Gov - like the EU with a whole NEW voting block of democrat voters.
