I think for the first time ever Kinzinger actually told the truth.

He said they "criminally referred Trump to DOJ". Damn right they did - what they did was in fact criminal. How did they refer Trump? Criminally.

He probably should have said they sent a criminal referral to the DOJ for Trump, but what he said (regardless of what he meant) was true.
