If it's a clone, they look fresh because they are fresh. They may be aged to the original, but their skin has not experienced the ravages of a lifetime of sun, wind, injuries, smile lines, etc.

That's why they look so young.

Also, the original Biden said he trained himself not to stutter, and Biden #2 didn't. Perhaps the clones can't train themselves not to stutter.
