Whether you should be seeing your coworkers dying out is up in the air. Do you know ALL your coworkers health status? Doubt it. But that's irrelevant. Moving from your anecdotal observation at work to "the vaccine stuff is a massive psyop" is unfounded. Hard data to the contrary abounds.
