MMS and CDS are both chlorine dioxide (ClO2). MMS was there earlier, it was discovered by Jim Humble. He named it MMS. Andreas Kalcker found a way to make ClO2 in a different way, easier to bottle ready for use, he called it CDS (chlorine dioxide solution.)
Both are made from sodium chlorite. I always use it in the salt form. Cheap to get. As a first step, this is dissolved in water. You let it sit for a day. Then you add acid (hydrochloric acid is best) to generate ClO2:
The MMS way is to ingest it directly (e.g. 1-5 cc in a full glass of water) or otherwise.
The CDS way is to put it in a glass jar and let water absorb the chlorine dioxide gas. To be taken in a multitude of ways.
