LegalFags...help me out here! The lower court is having to hear this case again. I assume it can still be dismissed on the merits, etc? GASC has also granted the plaintiffs cert. Does that mean if the lower court dismisses it then the SC will hear it? Or does that depend on the grounds for dismissal?

Hard to believe we might actually see some justice. I guess I'll take just about any good news at this point.
