OK, now that >2Yrs have past, what happened to the evidence?
Election records have to be retained for 22months.
Don't get me wrong, I still have hope. Thank for posting this
Cast Vote Records from 2020 election by State and County: https://ordros.com/cvr/
One may search through here for your own county if you wish to look for anomalies using Excel or other spreadsheet program; Group by address to see how many addresses have more than 3 individuals voting from the same address. That alone is enough to invalidate the whole 2020 Presidential election, imo.
Nifty link, thanks.
However, the Election Records that I referred to are the physical ballots, poll books, envelopes, etc.
I believe that they were destroyed in key locations at 22months + 1 min.
Wish you well, Fren 🐸🐰
Correct. Physical records likely destroyed, but all the data appears to have been recorded by multiple entities. Note that destroying evidence of a crime is itself a crime as well, so this was likely inevitable, but incriminates even more people.
It is extraordinary at this point how many people are completely OK with or actively participating in criminal activities (and they have no idea that all of their actions have been recorded since at least 2008).
this matter is in the courts and it's never been finally disposed since the lower court ruling was appealed. if the lawsuit requires/requests the voting records the appeal would take precedence over the 22 month standard statute. destroying of this evidence in a legit court proceeding would have grave consequences. of course we're in clown world with some of these courts and judges so who knows how they'd treat it. it could and should result as evidence in favor of plaintiff in this matter
They were destroyed long before 22 months. Remember the two women who video recorded the shredder truck in action at the Fulton County, GA warehouse. And then they opened the lid to one of the containers and it was full of ballots.
This guy gets it.
At 22 months the clerks apply for permission to destroy the records.
Clerks in my state reported the destruction of some materials will begin in Jan. 2023.
I wouldn’t underestimate the boots on the ground since 2020.
