Yeah I just checked today's twitter files and didn't see anything with 11.3 IP or related to that. Maybe I missed something but once I see it in confirmed in a twitter file og link I'll wait.

11.3 was not in files. Pederson is implying the dod has been exposed. Their ip addresses happen to be 11.3, hence maybe could be a marker as they’ve been exposed via treasonous acts which is officially in the mainstream via twitter.
