I think Sean Penn got all his vaccines and boosters in that huge bulbous nose.

Watch him when he speaks, his eyes move a lot and he never looks up. To me it looks like the body language of a liar.

He definitely looks blackmailed. He probably did a lot of stuff while high as a kite that would be embarrassing to say the least.
