I'm still digging into all the details, but there are two giveaways that this is true:
The jurisdiction in ALL state courts is indeed Roman Civil Law in the form of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC/Corporate Law); This is why Constitutional rights DO NOT APPLY in state court...jurisdiction is different. This is fact.
The STATE BARS are all CORPORATIONS all founded between 1871 and 1932, and incorporated in Washington, DC so that they could then place CORPORATIONS on top of sovereign states in all states in 1933 (except Alaska and Hawaii which have special circumstances). I am currently assembling a spreadsheet for all states to document this fact.
