Where are all the files, and not just articles about people discussing parts of said files without actually linking to files to support their claims of what they say they say?
There's a letter from a guy that said that he bought (4) rifles for the CIA and later recognized them as having been used for the assassination. The CIA quotes the letter then says it's not true. While the CIA almost certainly did kill Kennedy, this is hardly the smoking gun everyone was hoping for.
People were saying that because Robert Kennedy Jr was saying it. Didn't come directly from anything in the declassed files/ wasn't directly related other than subject and timing.
