Defense attorney is asking quesions that the judge previously said could not be discussed, having to do with illegal ballots.

Plaintiff attorney objects, and says we will agree that 50 illegal ballots were cast (as the defense is trying to argue), as long as defense agrees that illegal ballots WERE counted in the election.

Judge has to hold back his laughter.
