How do they even type out something over 4,000 pages long!?

Who writes it?

Do multiple people write it?

How long do they take to write it?

Is it AI written?

What's even written on the middle pages where no one will look?

Heck, what's written in the ENTIRE thing that it ends up being 4 times the length of the whole Lord of the Rings series!?

Are there so many characters and plot lines in this bill that it requires such a ridiculous page length?
