Did you listen to the video? Gas powered. Was built specifically for these kind of operations. And a toxin bullet, to finish the job.

Gas powered would still have recoil. Doesnt matter what propelled the bullet. Thats just a law of motion.

Watch a hickock45 video. The dude can shoot a .44 mag and he handles the recoil so well you barely notice it. Now imagine the training these guys had.

Also I think the zapruder film was 12fps, the recoil could have been between frames
