I wonder about this^ too. and is it actually 'money' could you 'withdraw' a trillion dollar bills from their banks...

Remember that unless they buy land/houses and other physical assets that at least retain value, all the millions they spend on such things as expensive hotels, spas, restaurants, parties, etc., is just frittered away. It would be easy for someone who only has a couple million to fritter it away unless they were wise with it.
