It was Virginia. I was at a loss because Trump was winning with less than 1% reporting, but they called it for Biden

Not that it matters, but in Obama's second election all (maybe not all, but a lot of them) the states were called for Obama with just 1% reporting. I was amazed that they knew he would win that early, and I was also shocked.
