Green ordinances make repairing your car at your own house illegal in Sacramento.

The city of Sacramento, California dropped new ordinances that outlaw auto-hobbyists and do-it-yourselfers from repairing their own vehicles in their own garages.

IMHO, this will be overturned in a court. What next? Banning driveways and garages because they absorb too much heat from the sun?
