Actually, he could sue the folks he bought Twitter from because of the falsified numbers. He could get his money back and extract a penalty from them, tax free! That would be quite the business maneuver. Merge Twitter with DWAC and combine TS users for a massive online social media giant that would be immune from pressure from the DS.
