Correct. Andcas there is no real free speech or 'real' news, they all must be dismantled and sued for misconduct, conspiracy, treason...we need to have lawyers (or military) that can make it happen.

Many years ago Fox News was sued by former employees for censoring and altering their findings regarding the health issues concerning rBST in milk. I recall this lawsuit was filed in Florida. It failed on its merit because all News are classified as 'entertainment'. The implication of this is it's perfectly legal to deceive and lie to the public.
