The attorney for Hamadeh said there was still a recount going on. I didn't get any more then that. What I did get from this testimony is that some questionable ballots that have to be looked at is subjective to the election volunteer and who their intended vote was for. There was only a 10 sampling of ballots presented and 6-7 of the 10 ballots went for Hamadeh's. So, the person doing the subjective viewing of that ballot ultimately can change that voters intent. Many of those sample ballots were marked for Hamadeh
He should be able to appeal
He should've got a better Judge. Pray that he gets a good one the next time.
I know. But at least she is getting to prove her point. I'm praying that she WINS her case.
No path to judicial victory short of the USSC. And by the time it gets there it will fait accompli.
With Lake about to win, I figured they'd focus on shutting down her AG.
Then they can at least stonewall anything Lake tries to do as gov.
Enough already. Arrests. Gitmo. Jail. Don't care which.
Don't worry. Trust the plan - we have everything.
I just read in another thread he won.
Boo.

Eventually things will have to go kinetic
Am thinking Hamadeh's counsel conceded the case.
