Ron Paul got close. He actually met their requirements. Then they changed the rules immediately so that he would still not be allowed.

BTW it's fucking crazy how many libtards I know think The League of Women Voters still run the debates and don't realize they quit in protest basically because of the unfairness and brokenness of the whole process forever ago.
