President Trump / Free Speech Policy Initiative / Paragraph 8
"The fight for free speech is a matter of victory or death for America, and for the survival of Western Civilization itself. When I am president this whole rotten system of censorship and information control will be ripped out of the system at large. There wonβt be anything left. By restoring Free Speech we will begin to reclaim our democracy and save our nation."

Transcript link of DJT announcement on 15 December 2022 below has slight typographical and punctuation errors, and other minor inaccuracies - ok for a baseline transcript - errors probably machine translation based - print and compare with audio in the video link above - make corrections as needed.
For example, paragraph 8 copy-pasted above only needed to add a period mark, and then capitalization of one letter:
"... at large, there won't be...".
"...at large. There won't be...".
Again. ok for baseline of text.

If anyone can find a better transcript, please provide a link.
For non-native speakers of English, the phrase "victory or death" is, linguistically, not what the modern reader would expect to hear or see written in this context.
One would more readily expect to hear or read either "victory or defeat" or "life or death."
The inference of use of this more archaic phraseology, particularly so close in time to the December calendar dates of the actual crossing of the Delaware River during the night of the 25th / 26th and attack on the Hessian troops wintering in Trenton, PA, on the morning of the 26th, appears to be a purposeful reference back to the use of the phrase, "Victory or Death", by General Washington for the password for the sentries at Valley Forge to use starting on the 25th of December, 1776.
