I have lived in Arizona for 32 years. I voted for Kari Lake. I checked, and my vote did count. But the blatant fraud is nauseating and heartbreaking and infuriating. HOBBS IS NOT MY GOVERNOR and never will be. We cannot allow this to stand. We will have to rise up against the tyranny.
I completely agree. I just wish she had not allowed the media and her shitty opponent to get so many sound bites out of her admitting how she planned on not accepting defeat but would accept a win from a fraudulent election. I feel like if she had hidden her suspicions until after the count proved to her she was right, that maybe she'd be more convincing to judges. They are pussies but maybe if she strategically saved the "it's fraud if I lose" talk and just played along until after then everyone would be shown all at once and everyone feeling that something is definitely "off" would be harder to deny than making oneself sound like a sore loser or a bad faith candidate or whatever the Hobbs voters tell themselves. I really don't know if it would help at all. But I know I for one didnt love that she let them make it a major part of her campaign. That's where the cheating is easy to see. They are making her party to priming an audience to think she's might be playing at something.
And no I'm not a fucking shill because I think she's not 100% infallible! She's 99.9. and whoever convinced her to always go there even from day 1 of her campaign should be fired.
I agree with you that saying "I'll accept it if I win, but not if I lose" is not the best sound bite but really what else was there for her to do? If she didn't voice the suspicions before the election, then people would say "WhY DiDn'T yOu SaY AnyThInG EaRlieR?".
I think there should be a law that basically the candidates have to agree they will go through with the election AFTER they have appraised the relevant systems and decided for themselves they will accept the results whatever they may be. Basically they will do all of the reconnoitering before the week of voting.
I personally don't think anyone that matters will say "why didn't you say...". But, of course I shouldn't be surprised if they do.
