I actually think this "DARPA paper trail" is a red-herring; a preconceived and manufactured conspiracy theory.

If the pandemic was planned and deliberate, then the planners would need a scapegoat for when we went looking for the guilty. So, they laid a trail of breadcrumbs in advance, a paper trail that would lead us to false answers.

I personally think Covid was developed at a biolab in Ukraine as the first phase of a depopulation plan; this Covid weapon was then given to Peter Daszak whilst the DARPA documents were prepared and filed. Daszak then took Covid19 to Wuhan to "accidentally" release. When the time comes to investigate, the trail stops with Daszak and this being an accident. By doing this, the planners hope we look no further back and miss the true origins and purpose.
