What I really meant was --after you made a completely reasonable comment about level of hazard and the lack of distinctions made in the media-- that ANY biolabs set in a foreign country were likely to be there because they were doing something illegal. Especially after we lied about their existence and again about our sponsorship.
If Putin established biolabs, funded by their military, as close to our border (think Northern Mexico) as we did to Russia's border? We'd be calling it an act of war.
