I like cheap bone in cuts cooked long and low. Don't be ashamed, just learn to cook it and I think you'll say the same. Gravy. Don't forget the gravy.
Agree. Gravy is what makes most steaks better.

I just put salt and pepper on them and then beat it ans stab it with a fork....its too roo bad but the fat drives me nuts
Cook it out in a crock pot and skim it off for....GRAVY.
I just picked up one of those meat tenderizer tools. Costs about $15 and has 48 needles. I used it on London broils and it makes a world of a difference.
Long and slow or super hot and fast (let it warm up to room temp for that). Then slice it thin at a steep angle across the grain.
That's why I Have a smoker. And the gravy ...aaahhh.
