The backing to this is that mRNA therapy directed at lifespan genes could give life-extension, but there was a need to perfect the mRNA method, and what better way than to do a global test on everyone. Test all the various doses and effects using tweaked batches. If you can switch on heart-disease and cancer you can switch-off ageing etc.
