Oil/Coal or other combustibles, Nuclear, Geothermal, Hydro and WavePower(and possibly also metabolic bio power(think microbes and bio-mass))

Those are the only ones that will function year round irrespective of temperature or weather, the rest, not so much...

Not entirely true given that there are other options but these are the ones that have been allowed to be public knowledge.....
