Clarification- I know MAP is their term, I am not defending them. IMO Pedophile is not a strong enough term to describe what evil they are doing... Audiophiles would agree a "phile" at the end of what they love does not sound bad at all... We are already using their terms...
Its quite a telling case for that very specific crime subset.
No one is demanding that murderers instead be called 'people who like the idea of unlawfully killing others'. Or arsonists be called 'people who are attracted to the idea of burning down property thats not theirs'. But for some reason child abusers get this luxury red-carpet treatment, trying to pretend that their actual crimes are instead just mere thoughts that haven't bought about any harm? Just one of these 'identities' that the leftists all love so much?
Agreed, however, recognizing they have been doing it in the non sexual realm for hundreds of years, after all "caveat emptor" shifts the blame onto the buyer when the seller is a cheating bastard.

Cheeseburger laws put the responsibility for being fat on the victims (example). It was presented as "everyone knows..." and ended with we can use any brainwashing, we want. We can change the composition of food without telling you what the effects are, you as the fatty person needs to intuit when all of the advertising and medical information given to you makes you fat that, ... it is your fault.
Apply that premise to this situation. The person whose life was forever changed by Steven Tyler is being called a "gold digger" because she filed a suit against him decades later. IMO wouldn't it be easier to know by the end of your life how much of an effect a series of rapes actually had? Them to add insult to injury, your perpetrator bragged about how your privates didn't have hair on them?
