If this is about an info drop, then alien 'disclosure', true or not, would be the one thing that qualifies in changing one's entire belief system.

The statement itself is true as things stand now in any case.
Most will have to change their world view before it's over.
That or finding out that the people in charge want to kill you, that you really are just a sheep to them, lifting your head in adoration so your throat can be cut.

There are many who think they know what is happening after finding out about Q, and yet still know very little. And there are those who knew all of what Q revealed long before Q drops, but that is a very small minority.
