I swear, the cognitive dissonance is impenetrable otherwise. The Twitter stuff should have been end of the illusion. Heck, I thought the FISA abuse stuff 5 years ago should have been.

Don't forget Hitler and Elvis.
But seriously, all jokes aside... I worked with a man 25 years ago that was the same age as what Elvis would have been, from the same part of the country, had the same eyes and facial features, and even SANG exactly like Elvis. He heard I was doing some recording so he called me over to his truck and let me listen to what he had been recording at home. He sounded exactly like Elvis. Every time I see an old Elvis record now, I see him. I even ran one of Elvis' album covers through an aging app, and man, it looked just like my co-worker. I doubt he's still alive today, as he was overweight then. When I told him, "You sound just like Elvis", he smiled really big, and said nothing. I was almost expecting, "Thank you... thank you very much." From that day on I called him Elvis, and he smiled every time.
Some people believe today that a man named Bob Joyce is Elvis. Was that your coworker’s name by chance?
that is very creepy. what work were you doing? IF he didn't die back then, what would be the purpose? or his purpose?
Pipeline work. He had a cushy job.
I think his purpose was to live out his life in relative solitude. IF it happened to be him. You'd have to doubt it, but man, I just remember how I felt when I saw that cover and thinking of how the resemblance was striking. Just older, and heavier.
as in welding?? if that's what it was what was he even doing around that
Not a welder. Inspector.
