Welcome back. It’s great you got to take a break. You were missed.
So to answer- I don’t really make NY resolutions. I just sort of make new goals from time to time. Yesterday I had A LOT of carbs and I’m paying for it today so that sucks since I was doing keto. I guess that was sort of a fail.
We ate at the Parkshore grill in St Pete and it was a great brunch but I got an omelet and hash browns. And Creme Brûlée. Downed it all and too many mimosas and then later had snacks. Popcorn, candy, the worst. It was like I fell over a cliff. What I wanted for a cheat day was a 5 Guys burger with fries. I’ve been having fantasies. Planning it. I probably don’t deserve it anymore.
