I have a contract job at a university and there are a lot of Chinese working there (and they have accents). They even have a campus in China.

Notice how diversity only works one way. Where are all the first and second generation Americans in positions of media, Education or government in China? There isn't a single one.

I have read that there is a lot of discrimination in China. I don't think there are a lot of American in China. The Hans, who are not the majority of the Chinese, hold the positions of power.
