1st week of 2023, I'm the only one at work. Everyone (they all got 5 shots) tested positive, feeling ill, etc.
I'm the only one here, feeling fine. I don't even know what a PCR test look like. Just feeling like the zombie apocalypse when you're the last man standing.
I got a cold about two weeks ago. A regular cold. Remember those? A cough. Maybe a sore throat. You know, you feel like shit for a day or two but you can work through it like mankind has since, I don't know, forever?
I was talking to someone on the phone. I mentioned I had a cold. GET COVID TEST was the first words from this person's mouth and I was shocked. I had to talk them down for a second and walk them through things :-). They then remembered that all of this is mostly bullshit :-).
The frigging silly thing was after I got off the phone, for a few seconds, I started questioning myself and wondering if I was causing problems ... I shook that feeling off ... that feeling, in my silly opinion, are DS programming fragments still lingering around in my brain :-).
Anyway, I felt fine two days later. I took nothing. Absolutely nothing :-). That was the first cold I've had since this shit started back in late 2019.
I've found that if you supplement with massive amounts of kettle fried potato chips during your illness you feel better throughout the sniffles. Not a doctor.
