Even better. We need honest, based ethics committees watching everything. I don't know if that's even possible.

Vet people back to high school. Meticulous interviews and questions.

Test their abilities, intelligence, problem solving, compassion/conviction, ethics.

Use a polygraph. Is accurate 80-90% of the time. My BIL fooled one, lol.
