Happens occasionally in baseball when a line drive hits the pitcher in the chest. Immediate heart failure.

Yea, baseball where the players aren't using advanced chest protection. Ain't no way a light hit on a player using NFL chest protection caused commotio cordis.

It only happens in sports that don't use chest protection, which the NFL uses some of the most advanced versions.
