This is a great point. It is also probably why they will eventually come out and say he died of a brain aneurysm. They could say the aneurysm burst in his brain causing his heart to go into arrhythmia. Nobody outside of the coroner would know any differently until either the coroner disappears or suddenly shows up driving a Ferrari.
