The most likely scenario is that Damar Hamlin was brain dead on the field

Based on talking to a number of medical experts, the very sad news is that it is likely that Damar Hamlin died on the field. The COVID vaccine should be investigated as contributing to his death.

They won't know brain function for 24+ hours. For cardiac arrest they will induce coma and hypothermia protocol. Then slowly warm the body. Not until he's rewarmed and stable can they take off sedation to assess neuro status. My guess is he will be seizing from the anoxic brain injury.
