Then make it impossible for families to survive in the traditional manner. You force both parents to work. Or there's only one parent and you're poor.
Then you incentivize being poor and having more children out of wedlock. Government gives support to those "in need". When it's the government itself that put them in that position.
It goes on and on... But you get the picture.
People, once they get a taste of the true freedom they deserve {and are constitutionally assured}, will never release it again.

They never got the taste of freedom, as the post clearly states.
But it's part of what we're seeing currently as citizens are taking more accountability locally.
