How can he be speaker when he is already the POTUS?

I know it. You know it. The deep state knows it.

You are watching a show. This Trump as speaker is as glowie as it gets. How do I know? The narrative for it started amongst the controlled opposition months ago, before the speaker issue was on any radars.
