Ive learned a lot about how the speaker is elected and who can be elected that I didn’t know. The last few years has been a lot of learning. Learned the power of governors and mayors during the riots when they let the rioters riot and when they put covid positive elderly in nursing homes to infect everyone.
I pray the 20 Reps who are blocking the entire show will keep it up. McCarthy needs to walk away, but he won't because he is bought and paid for by "Big Pharma, Big Tech, Big Bank, Big whatever". He's a money whore and has to stay in so he can repay his owners. How long can he withstand the pressure? IDK, but I hope the 20 Reps can hold the line for a month or two.
People on both sides of the political fence seem to be getting a kick out of the whole thing.
The only people who are upset are the "representatives" and the "journalists".
I'm quite happy to be without the "representation" I've gotten from this bunch my whole life, and I suspect most Americans are too.
