I don't know about that. As it is, the cartels have been making money by trafficking illegals across the border into the U.S... and the Mexican government has been moving the train of illegal immigrants along to our border.

If the cartels are at war with the Mexican government... the illegal immigrant migration may come to a brief stop. After all... who wants to walk across a war zone?
