Fair point. I have been wondering what I would have done. The possibility of being shot at is a strong motivator to shoot first, obviously, but there's plenty of time for judgment. I wonder if the bald guy really felt like his life was threatened and he was thinking "If I don't kill him he might turn and kill me" . Or, if he was thinking it all. It's ne ver cut and dry. I am fully supportive of the bald guy, but I think he is at risk on this one.
One has only to fear that their life or those nearby are in danger or that the individual had intent to do great bodily harm. An armed robbery certainly fit that situation.
