The left's definition changes are adopted primarily because people are brainwashed and influenced by people they like.

The rest of the nation starts to go along with it because it's perceived as being "nicer" than the old language.

This won't work because it doesn't have a "nicer" angle about who is the most victimized.

Try instead words like

Fetus -> premature baby because the former promotes violence towards the unborn.

Undocumented immigrant -> immigration thief because they stole a spot from the immigrants who followed the process.

Etc
