Except that he missed Payseur in the list of cabal families. I thought that was weird as I'm under the impression that they're near the top of the whole, unholy, evil mess.

In any work that extensive there are bound to be pieces that fall through the cracks and it looks to be a work-in-progress anyway. It's going to take a while to delve into that.
