Still pretty early, but I will say that the very first pill I took, about 20 minutes later I could actually feel the swelling drop and my mucus draining, thus relieving my headache.
I’ve been using “regular” Tumeric Curcumin and Boswellia to relieve my joint pain (caused by sports and work injuries) and it’s a much better alternative to Tylenol and Vitamin M (Motrin). However… I recently stumbled upon liposomal Tumeric and it’s even better than the standard stuff you can get from the online supplement websites.
I started with this company called “Manna” and their product comes in a liquid form that has a syrupy or molasses texture to it. If you buy their Joint relief package, it’s kind of expensive (~$120/month?) but it works very well. Kind of tasty, too.
I have since purchased a similar liquid product from Qunol as it’s slightly cheaper but I haven’t tried it yet. I’m currently trying their pill version (more bioavailable) and it seems to be working well.
A word of caution: When the Qunol products came in I made the mistake of trying everything at once, and I overdid it. It gave me a stomach ache for about 36 hours. On the plus side, though, my knees and back felt great!
I recently started taking turmeric curcumin for my allergies. Glad to see it can have a secondary use.
How’s it working? Or too early to tell?

I'm going to keep taking this.
